Shot List- Opening

Shot List-Brain Damage Video

 1.      Extreme Long Establishing shot

The first shot will be an extreme long establishing shot of the empty park in the early morning. There will be trees and a path in the shot. This will basically just introduce to the viewer the current location.

2.      Panning Mid Shot (of FP)

The camera pans from left to right, and then comes to a sudden stop when a girl appears from downwards sitting up. There are leaves in her hair; the viewer identifies her as the Main Female Protagonist.

3.      High angle Long shot (of FP)

There is now a high angle shot of the girl slowly standing up.

4.      Close Up Shot (of FP’s face)

There is a close up shot of the girl’s face showing the viewer her distorted make-up and facial expression which is then identifies her as being mentally ill.

5.      Extreme Close Up (of FP’s smile) (Fast Transition)

There is an extreme close up of the girl’s red lip stick, overly covered lips creepily smiling. This again empahises her craziness.

6.      Close Up (Fast Transition)

A shot again of the girl’s face with the crazy face expression.

7.      Extreme Close Up (Fast Transition)

A shot again of the girl’s lips smiling.

8.      Close Up (Fast Transition)

A shot again, for the final time of the girl’s face with crazy face expression

9.      Mid shot Shot (then pans to right)

A shot of girl starting to walk forward towards the path, and the camera is filming her from the side.   

10.  Long Tracking Shot (Slightly Rotated) (from behind of FP)

A long shot of the girl walking, and the camera is positioned behind her slightly rotated to a 45 degree angle.

11.  Extreme Close Up

A shot of the girl’s hand stroking a tree as she walks past.

12.  Mid Shot

A shot of the girl walking, and just moved her hand away from the tree. The camera is positioned in front of her tracking her. She then slowly looks upwards to the sky.

13.  Low angle Long shot (of the sky)

A shot of the camera tilting upwards at the same time as the girl. It’s starts off with a shot of her and then moves slowly to the sky.
